Ingredients:

  • 2 sausages (about 200g)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet

  • Spatula

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Add the sausages and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.

  • Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

  • Add the zucchini and garlic powder, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  • Slice the sausages and return them to the skillet. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
