Sausages with Vegetables

Ingredients:
2 sausages (about 200g)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Skillet
Spatula
Knife
Cutting board
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sausages and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the zucchini and garlic powder, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Slice the sausages and return them to the skillet. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
