Ingredients:

  • 100g Margarine

  • 50ml Coffee

  • 200g Flour

  • 100ml Milk

  • 50g Honey

  • 100g Sugar

  • 50ml Tea

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • Melt the margarine in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted margarine, coffee, milk, honey, and sugar. Mix well until smooth.

  • Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until a batter forms.

  • Add the tea to the batter and mix until fully incorporated.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).

  • Pour the batter into a suitable baking dish that fits in the air fryer.

  • Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
