Ingredients:
100g Margarine
50ml Coffee
200g Flour
100ml Milk
50g Honey
100g Sugar
50ml Tea
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave Oven
Air Fryer
Instructions:
Melt the margarine in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted margarine, coffee, milk, honey, and sugar. Mix well until smooth.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until a batter forms.
Add the tea to the batter and mix until fully incorporated.
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
Pour the batter into a suitable baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
