Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Condensed Milk

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk

  • 200g Chocolate

  • 100g Butter

  • 3 Eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microwave Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth, stirring occasionally.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, milk, buttermilk, and eggs. Mix well until fully combined.

  • Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until smooth.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder) to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.

  • Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  • Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
