Grilled Chicken Salad with Avocado
Ingredients:
200g grilled chicken breast
1 medium avocado (150g)
100g mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)
50g cherry tomatoes
30g red onion
30ml olive oil
15ml balsamic vinegar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado and add it to the salad bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
Add the grilled chicken strips to the salad bowl and drizzle the dressing over the top. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
