Fruit Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banane (120g)
150g of strawberries
100g of blueberries
30g of protein powder (whey or vegetable)
200ml almond milk (or other milk)
1 tablespoon of almond butter (15g)
1 teaspoon of honey (5g)
100g of natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
1 teaspoon of chia seeds (5g)
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixer
Glass
Tablespoon
Teaspoon
Instructions:
In a blender, add the banana, strawberries and blueberries.
Add the protein powder, almond milk, almond butter, honey, yogurt, and chia seeds.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the honey if necessary for more sweetness.
Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
