 Fruit Protein Smoothie



Ingredients:

  • 1 banane (120g)

  • 150g of strawberries

  • 100g of blueberries

  • 30g of protein powder (whey or vegetable)

  • 200ml almond milk (or other milk)

  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter (15g)

  • 1 teaspoon of honey (5g)

  • 100g of natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (5g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixer

  • Glass

  • Tablespoon

  • Teaspoon

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add the banana, strawberries and blueberries.

  • Add the protein powder, almond milk, almond butter, honey, yogurt, and chia seeds.

  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust the honey if necessary for more sweetness.

  • Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately.
