Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
In a blender, combine the frozen banana, almond milk, peppermint extract, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
