 Breakfast Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread

  • 50g of sliced turkey breast

  • 30g of cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

  • 1 leaf of romaine lettuce

  • 2 slices of tomato

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Spreader

  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Take 2 slices of whole grain bread and lay them flat on a clean surface.

  • Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

  • Layer 50g of sliced turkey breast on one slice of bread.

  • Add 30g of cheddar cheese on top of the turkey.

  • Place 1 leaf of romaine lettuce and 2 slices of tomato on top of the cheese.

  • Cover with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.

  • Press down gently, then cut the sandwich in half for easier handling.
