Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of whole grain bread
50g of sliced turkey breast
30g of cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 leaf of romaine lettuce
2 slices of tomato
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Knife
Cutting board
Spreader
Plate
Instructions:
Take 2 slices of whole grain bread and lay them flat on a clean surface.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer 50g of sliced turkey breast on one slice of bread.
Add 30g of cheddar cheese on top of the turkey.
Place 1 leaf of romaine lettuce and 2 slices of tomato on top of the cheese.
Cover with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
Press down gently, then cut the sandwich in half for easier handling.
