Spicy Sesame Egg Scramble

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon Kewpie mayo

Instructions:
Heat the stove top over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well combined.
Pour the whisked eggs into the heated pan and let them cook for about 30 seconds.
Sprinkle the chilli powder over the eggs and gently stir to combine.
Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the eggs are softly scrambled.
Remove from heat and stir in the Kewpie mayo until well mixed.
