Ingredients:

  • 2 medium bananas

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple

  • 1 cup chopped mango

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • Ice to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • To harvest

  • Measuring cup

Instructions:

  • Place the bananas, pineapple, mango and spinach in the blender.

  • Add the plain yogurt and coconut water.

  • If desired, add honey to sweeten.

  • Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Add ice to taste and blend again until the ice is crushed.

  • Serve in glasses and enjoy!
