Ingredients:
2 medium bananas
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup chopped mango
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Ice to taste

Blender
To harvest
Measuring cup
Instructions:
Place the bananas, pineapple, mango and spinach in the blender.
Add the plain yogurt and coconut water.
If desired, add honey to sweeten.
Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add ice to taste and blend again until the ice is crushed.
Serve in glasses and enjoy!
