Avocado Toast on Gluten-Free Bread
Ingredients:
2 slices gluten-free bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1/2 medium tomato, sliced (optional)

Instructions:
Toast the gluten-free bread slices until golden brown and crispy.
While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), and lemon juice to the avocado. Mash everything together with a fork until you reach your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
Once the bread is toasted, spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice.
Top with sliced tomatoes and chopped cilantro if desired.
