Chocolate Vanilla Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1/2 cup cane sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, cream together the softened butter, cane sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the yeast and vanilla sugar to the mixture and blend until well combined.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture, blending until a dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
