Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1/2 cup cane sugar

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp yeast

  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a blender, cream together the softened butter, cane sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.

  • Add the yeast and vanilla sugar to the mixture and blend until well combined.

  • Gradually add the flour to the mixture, blending until a dough forms.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
