Chicken with vegetables
Ingredients:
500g chicken breast
200g bell peppers (mixed colors)
150g zucchini
100g carrots
100g broccoli
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli.
Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and add the minced garlic. Toss everything together until well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
