Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast

  • 200g bell peppers (mixed colors)

  • 150g zucchini

  • 100g carrots

  • 100g broccoli

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Baking sheet

  • Parchment paper

  • Mixing bowl

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli.

  • Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and add the minced garlic. Toss everything together until well coated.

  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
