Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 slices of bread

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

Instructions:

  • Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them until well combined.

  • Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute.

  • Stir the eggs and microwave for an additional 30 seconds or until fully cooked.

  • While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices in the microwave for about 30 seconds if desired.

  • Once the eggs are cooked, place them on one slice of bread and top with the other slice.

  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
