Egg and Bread Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 slices of bread
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave Oven
Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them until well combined.
Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 1 minute.
Stir the eggs and microwave for an additional 30 seconds or until fully cooked.
While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices in the microwave for about 30 seconds if desired.
Once the eggs are cooked, place them on one slice of bread and top with the other slice.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
