 Chocolate Coffee Cake



Ingredients:

  • 100g Dark chocolate

  • 50g Sugar

  • 100g Butter

  • 30g Cocoa powder

  • 20g Hot chocolate powder

  • 10g Coffee

  • 150g All Purpose Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven

  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until fully melted.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate and butter with sugar, cocoa powder, hot chocolate powder, and coffee. Mix well until smooth.

  • Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

  • Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) and bake the cake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • Let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving.
