Chocolate Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
100g Dark chocolate
50g Sugar
100g Butter
30g Cocoa powder
20g Hot chocolate powder
10g Coffee
150g All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder

Air Fryer
Instructions:
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until fully melted.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate and butter with sugar, cocoa powder, hot chocolate powder, and coffee. Mix well until smooth.
Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) and bake the cake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for a few minutes before serving.
