 Oatmeal Pancakes with Maple Syrup




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour (100g)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk (240ml)

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (14g)

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (20g)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Additional maple syrup for serving

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowls

  • Whisk

  • Non-stick skillet

  • Spatula

  • Measuring cups and spoons

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and salt.

  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.

  • Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

  • Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crêpes on a plate as you go.

  • Serve warm with additional maple syrup drizzled on top.
