Oatmeal Pancakes with Maple Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour (100g)
2 large eggs
1 cup milk (240ml)
1 tablespoon melted butter (14g)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (20g)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Additional maple syrup for serving
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Mixing bowls
Whisk
Non-stick skillet
Spatula
Measuring cups and spoons
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crêpes on a plate as you go.
Serve warm with additional maple syrup drizzled on top.
