 Turkey Stir-Fry with Mixed Vegetables



Ingredients:

  • 500g ground turkey

  • 200g bell peppers (mixed colors)

  • 150g broccoli florets

  • 100g snap peas

  • 100g carrots (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet or Wok

  • Spatula

  • Measuring Cups

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  • Season the turkey with salt and pepper, then add the soy sauce and stir well.

  • Add the mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots) to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  • Serve the turkey stir-fry over cooked brown rice.
