Turkey Stir-Fry with Mixed Vegetables
Ingredients:
500g ground turkey
200g bell peppers (mixed colors)
150g broccoli florets
100g snap peas
100g carrots (sliced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cooked brown rice
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Skillet or Wok
Spatula

Cutting Board
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Season the turkey with salt and pepper, then add the soy sauce and stir well.
Add the mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots) to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Serve the turkey stir-fry over cooked brown rice.
