 Quick Vegetarian Macaroni




Ingredients:

  • 200g macaroni

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup spinach, fresh

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot

  • Colander

  • Mixing bowl

  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt.

  • Add the macaroni to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until al dente.

  • In a separate bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, spinach, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Once the macaroni is cooked, drain it and add it to the bowl with the vegetables.

  • Toss everything together and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
