Quick Vegetarian Macaroni
Ingredients:
200g macaroni
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup spinach, fresh
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Pot
Colander
Mixing bowl
Spoon
Instructions:
Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt.
Add the macaroni to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until al dente.
In a separate bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, spinach, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Once the macaroni is cooked, drain it and add it to the bowl with the vegetables.
Toss everything together and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
