 Vegetarian Ramen



Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles

  • 4 cups of vegetable broth

  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms

  • 1 cup of baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup of sliced green onions

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder

  • 1/2 cup of tofu, cubed

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pot

  • Stirring spoon

  • Measuring cups

Instructions:

  • In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.

  • Add the instant ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes until softened.

  • Stir in the sliced mushrooms, baby spinach, and cubed tofu.

  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
