Vegetarian Ramen
Ingredients:
2 packs of instant ramen noodles
4 cups of vegetable broth
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of baby spinach
1/2 cup of sliced green onions
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 cup of tofu, cubed

Pot
Stirring spoon
Measuring cups
Instructions:
In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
Add the instant ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Stir in the sliced mushrooms, baby spinach, and cubed tofu.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
