Spicy Garlic Noodle Snack
Ingredients:
1 pack of instant noodles
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium carrot, grated
2 green chillies, chopped
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 cups of water
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Stove Top
Pressure Cooker
Instructions:
In a pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
Add the instant noodles to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
In a blender, combine the minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped green chillies, and oregano. Blend until smooth.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain excess water and return them to the pressure cooker.
Mix the blended garlic-carrot-chilli mixture into the noodles and stir well to combine.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes on low heat to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve hot as a spicy snack.
