 Spicy Garlic Noodle Snack



Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of instant noodles

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 medium carrot, grated

  • 2 green chillies, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon of oregano

  • 2 cups of water

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • In a pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

  • Add the instant noodles to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.

  • In a blender, combine the minced garlic, grated carrot, chopped green chillies, and oregano. Blend until smooth.

  • Once the noodles are cooked, drain excess water and return them to the pressure cooker.

  • Mix the blended garlic-carrot-chilli mixture into the noodles and stir well to combine.

  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes on low heat to allow the flavors to meld together.

  • Serve hot as a spicy snack.
