Chocolate Brownie with Crispy Top
Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate
150g butter
250g sugar
4 eggs
100g of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
50g of nuts (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until frothy.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture, then stir in the vanilla and salt.
Add the flour and mix until just incorporated. If desired, add the chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is crisp and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into 10 portions.
