 Chocolate Brownie with Crispy Top



Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate

  • 150g butter

  • 250g sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 100g of flour

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 50g of nuts (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Casserole

  • Was

  • Whip

  • Cake pan

  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.

  • In a large bowl, mix the sugar and eggs until frothy.

  • Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture, then stir in the vanilla and salt.

  • Add the flour and mix until just incorporated. If desired, add the chopped walnuts.

  • Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold.

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is crisp and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • Let cool before cutting into 10 portions.
