Hawaiian Style Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Cooked rice for serving

Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
Stir in the soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve the garlic shrimp over cooked rice.
