Cinnamon rolls with caramel icing
Ingredients:
2 cups of wheat flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup warm milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup liquid caramel (for the glaze)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Add the warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until smooth.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped walnuts over the rolled-out dough.
Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and cut into 8 portions.
Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and let rest for 10 minutes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before glazing with the liquid caramel.
