 Keto Chicken Thighs with Sweet Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Thighs (about 600g)

  • 200g Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Baking Dish

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.

  • Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then add them to the baking dish around the chicken.

  • Drizzle a little more olive oil over the sweet potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

  • If using, sprinkle fresh rosemary over the dish.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sweet potatoes are tender.

  • Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
