Keto Chicken Thighs with Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Thighs (about 600g)
200g Sweet Potatoes
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then add them to the baking dish around the chicken.
Drizzle a little more olive oil over the sweet potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
If using, sprinkle fresh rosemary over the dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sweet potatoes are tender.
Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
