Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten-free pizza flour

  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Rolling pin

  • Baking sheet or pizza stone

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

  • In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free pizza flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.

  • Roll out the dough to fit a pizza stone or baking sheet.

  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.

  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

  • Arrange sliced pepperoni over the cheese and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
