Gluten-Free Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free pizza flour
1 cup warm water (110°F)
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free pizza flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Roll out the dough to fit a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Arrange sliced pepperoni over the cheese and sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
