Spicy potatoes with mayonnaise
Ingredients:
500g of potatoes
1 medium onion
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon ground onion
1 teaspoon ground garlic
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise sauce

Instructions:
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
In a saucepan, boil water and add the potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, slice the onion and fry it in a pan with a little oil until golden.
In a bowl, mix together sea salt, cinnamon, sugar, paprika, turmeric, ginger, ground onion, and ground garlic.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add them to the bowl with the spices. Mix well to coat the potatoes.
Add the browned onion and mix again.
Serve hot with mayonnaise sauce on top.
