 Spicy potatoes with mayonnaise



Ingredients:

  • 500g of potatoes

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger

  • 1 teaspoon ground onion

  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise sauce

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

  • In a saucepan, boil water and add the potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes until tender.

  • Meanwhile, slice the onion and fry it in a pan with a little oil until golden.

  • In a bowl, mix together sea salt, cinnamon, sugar, paprika, turmeric, ginger, ground onion, and ground garlic.

  • Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add them to the bowl with the spices. Mix well to coat the potatoes.

  • Add the browned onion and mix again.

  • Serve hot with mayonnaise sauce on top.
