Lychee Mint Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 l Real Lychee juice
1 l Soda water
100 tbsp Lemon juice
1 pint Mint leaves
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Blender
Food Processor
Instructions:
In a blender, combine 1 l of Real Lychee juice and 100 tbsp of Lemon juice. Blend until well mixed.
In a food processor, chop the 1 pint of Mint leaves until finely chopped.
In a large pitcher, combine the blended Lychee and Lemon mixture with the chopped Mint leaves.
Slowly add 1 l of Soda water to the pitcher, stirring gently to combine.
Serve the Lychee Mint Lemonade over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
