Lychee Mint Lemonade



Ingredients:

  • 1 l Real Lychee juice

  • 1 l Soda water

  • 100 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 pint Mint leaves

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Food Processor

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine 1 l of Real Lychee juice and 100 tbsp of Lemon juice. Blend until well mixed.

  • In a food processor, chop the 1 pint of Mint leaves until finely chopped.

  • In a large pitcher, combine the blended Lychee and Lemon mixture with the chopped Mint leaves.

  • Slowly add 1 l of Soda water to the pitcher, stirring gently to combine.

  • Serve the Lychee Mint Lemonade over ice and garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
