 Turkey Wrap with Avocado and Veggies



Ingredients:

  • 100g sliced turkey breast

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (60g)

  • 1/2 medium avocado (75g)

  • 50g mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)

  • 50g sliced cucumber

  • 50g sliced bell pepper

  • 1 tablespoon hummus (15g)

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (5g)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Spoon

  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.

  • Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla.

  • Layer the mixed salad greens, sliced turkey breast, cucumber, and bell pepper on top of the hummus.

  • Slice the avocado and place it on top of the veggies.

  • Drizzle olive oil over the filling and season with salt and pepper.

  • Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.

  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
