Turkey Wrap with Avocado and Veggies
Ingredients:
100g sliced turkey breast
1 whole wheat tortilla (60g)
1/2 medium avocado (75g)
50g mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)
50g sliced cucumber
50g sliced bell pepper
1 tablespoon hummus (15g)
1 teaspoon olive oil (5g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Knife
Cutting board
Spoon
Plate
Instructions:
Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla.
Layer the mixed salad greens, sliced turkey breast, cucumber, and bell pepper on top of the hummus.
Slice the avocado and place it on top of the veggies.
Drizzle olive oil over the filling and season with salt and pepper.
Carefully roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
