Spicy Masala Potatoes
Ingredients:
500g Potatoes
1 large Onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander powder
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Stove Top
Instructions:
Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
Finely chop the onion.
Heat a pan on the stove top and add a little oil.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add the chopped potatoes to the pan and stir well.
Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, and coriander powder over the potatoes.
Mix everything well and cover the pan.
Cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are tender.
Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
