 Spicy Masala Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 500g Potatoes

  • 1 large Onion

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp Chilli powder

  • 1 tsp Garam masala

  • 1 tsp Coriander powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.

  • Finely chop the onion.

  • Heat a pan on the stove top and add a little oil.

  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

  • Add the chopped potatoes to the pan and stir well.

  • Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, and coriander powder over the potatoes.

  • Mix everything well and cover the pan.

  • Cook on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are tender.

  • Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot.
