Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2 cups of romaine lettuce

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup croutons

  • 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • salt to taste

  • pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Begin by washing the romaine lettuce thoroughly and tearing it into bite-sized pieces.

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Cube the avocado.

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the torn romaine lettuce and cubed avocado.

  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the salad mix.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss it carefully to combine all the ingredients.

  • Serve the salad immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
