 Spicy Egg Chaat





Ingredients:

  • 2 boiled eggs

  • 1 chopped chili

  • 2 chopped tamatoes

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Chop the boiled eggs into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

  • In a blender, mix chopped chilli, tomatoes, onion, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and chilli powder. Blend until smooth.

  • Heat a pan on the stovetop and add the blended mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.

  • Add the chopped boiled eggs to the pan and mix well.

  • Sprinkle garam masala over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.

  • Remove from heat and serve warm as a spicy snack.
