Spicy Egg Chaat
Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs
1 chopped chili
2 chopped tamatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

Instructions:
Chop the boiled eggs into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
In a blender, mix chopped chilli, tomatoes, onion, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and chilli powder. Blend until smooth.
Heat a pan on the stovetop and add the blended mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add the chopped boiled eggs to the pan and mix well.
Sprinkle garam masala over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve warm as a spicy snack.
