 Creamy Avocado Chicken Wrap



Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat wraps

  • 400g of cooked chicken breast

  • 2 large avocados

  • 100g of Greek yogurt

  • 100g of cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 100g of spinach

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • grill

  • mixing bowl

  • knife

  • cutting board

  • wraps

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados and mix in the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  • Heat the olive oil on a grill over medium heat and grill the chicken breast for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips after it has cooled slightly.

  • Lay out the whole wheat wraps and spread the creamy avocado mixture evenly over each wrap.

  • Add the grilled chicken strips, spinach, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the avocado.

  • Roll the wraps tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
