 Grilled Chicken Salad with Quinoa




Ingredients:

  • 150g of boneless chicken breast

  • 100g of cooked quinoa

  • 50g of mixed greens

  • 30g of cherry tomatoes

  • 10g of olive oil

  • 5g of lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • grill

  • mixing bowl

  • knife

  • cutting board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  • Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

  • While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by combining the mixed greens and cherry tomatoes in a mixing bowl.

  • Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

  • Add the cooked quinoa to the salad bowl, followed by the sliced chicken.

  • Drizzle with lemon juice and remaining olive oil, then toss gently to combine.

  • Serve immediately.
