 Quick Chicken & Ginger Fried Rice





Ingredients:

  • 100g of cooked chicken, diced

  • 150g of cooked rice

  • 1 tbsp of ginger, minced

  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 green onion, sliced

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok

  • Spatula

  • Measuring Cups

  • Knife

  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.

  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

  • Stir in the minced ginger, cooking for another minute.

  • Add the diced chicken and cooked rice to the wok, mixing thoroughly.

  • Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to coat the ingredients evenly.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

  • Garnish with green onion slices before serving.
