Quick Chicken & Ginger Fried Rice
Ingredients:
100g of cooked chicken, diced
150g of cooked rice
1 tbsp of ginger, minced
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 green onion, sliced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Wok
Spatula
Measuring Cups
Knife
Cutting Board
Instructions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
Stir in the minced ginger, cooking for another minute.
Add the diced chicken and cooked rice to the wok, mixing thoroughly.
Pour in the soy sauce, stirring to coat the ingredients evenly.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with green onion slices before serving.
