Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 200ml unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 50g fresh spinach

  • 5 fresh mint leaves

  • 10 drops of sweetener (optional)

  • 1/2 squeezed lemon

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • blender

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.

  • Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Add ice to taste and blend again if you want a cooler consistency.

  • Serve immediately in a tall glass.
