Avocado Juice
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
200ml unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
50g fresh spinach
5 fresh mint leaves
10 drops of sweetener (optional)
1/2 squeezed lemon
Kitchen Tools Needed:
blender
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add ice to taste and blend again if you want a cooler consistency.
Serve immediately in a tall glass.
