Cheesy Chicken and Fish Bake with Potato Mash
Ingredients:
2 cups of Cheddar Cheese
1 cup of Milk
4 tablespoons of Butter
2 Chicken breasts
2 Fillets of Fish
4 large Potatoes
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Blender

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, season the chicken breasts and fish fillets with salt and pepper. Heat a bit of butter in a pan on the stove top and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. After removing the chicken, use the same pan to quickly sear the fish for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Once the potatoes are done, drain them and return to the heat. Add in the remaining butter, milk, and a pinch of salt. Mash the potatoes until they are creamy and smooth.
In a baking dish, place the seared chicken and fish. Pour the milk over the top and then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
Serve the cheesy chicken and fish bake alongside the creamy potato mash.
