Spicy Chicken Masala with Potato
Ingredients:
800g of chicken (cut into pieces)
500g of potatoes (cubed)
200g of maida (all-purpose flour)
6 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 large onion (chopped)
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
100g of tomato ketchup
2 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of red chili powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Measuring Spoons
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces to the pot and cook until they start to brown on all sides.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add all the masala powders (garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder) and salt; mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat, allowing the chicken to cook through.
In a separate pan, boil the cubed potatoes until tender and drain.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the boiled potatoes to the chicken mixture and mix gently.
Finish with a drizzle of tomato ketchup for extra flavor, and mix well.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
