 Keto Avocado and Bacon Bites



Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado

  • 4 slices of bacon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • skillet

  • knife

  • cutting board

  • serving plate

Instructions:

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Then, set it aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  • While the bacon cools, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out some flesh to create space for the bacon.

  • Crumble or chop the cooked bacon into small pieces.

  • In a bowl, mix the crumbled bacon with garlic powder, paprika, and seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • Spoon the bacon mixture into each half of the avocado, filling the hollow space.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
