 Keto Spinach and Cheese Omelette



Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs

  • 50g fresh spinach

  • 30g cream cheese

  • 30g shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet

  • Spatula

  • Mixing Bowl

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  • Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted.

  • Reduce the heat to low and pour the whisked eggs over the spinach.

  • Allow the eggs to cook over low heat for a few minutes until the edges begin to set.

  • Dollop the cream cheese and sprinkle the cheddar cheese over one half of the omelette.

  • With a spatula, fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted.

  • Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately.
