Nutty Banana Oatmeal Delight
Ingredients:
100g of rolled oats
1 medium banana, mashed
15g of almond butter
250ml of almond milk
10g of honey
10g of chia seeds
30g of walnuts, chopped
a pinch of salt

Measuring Cups
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Once simmering, reduce heat and add the mashed banana and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring until the oats are creamy and cooked through.
Remove from heat and stir in almond butter, honey, and chia seeds until well combined.
Serve the oatmeal in a bowl and top with chopped walnuts for added crunch.
