 Nutty Banana Oatmeal Delight



Ingredients:

  • 100g of rolled oats

  • 1 medium banana, mashed

  • 15g of almond butter

  • 250ml of almond milk

  • 10g of honey

  • 10g of chia seeds

  • 30g of walnuts, chopped

  • a pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Bowl

  • Spoon

  • Saucepan

  • Measuring Cups

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  • Once simmering, reduce heat and add the mashed banana and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring until the oats are creamy and cooked through.

  • Remove from heat and stir in almond butter, honey, and chia seeds until well combined.

  • Serve the oatmeal in a bowl and top with chopped walnuts for added crunch.
