Savory Avocado Toast on Gluten-Free Bread



Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of gluten-free bread

  • 1 ripe avocado (approximately 150g)

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15g)

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • Optional: Cherry tomatoes for topping (50g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
