Savory Avocado Toast on Gluten-Free Bread
Ingredients:
2 slices of gluten-free bread
1 ripe avocado (approximately 150g)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil (15g)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Optional: Cherry tomatoes for topping (50g)

Instructions:
Toast the gluten-free bread slices until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
