Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 1 medium potato (about 150g)

  • 2 eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • casserole

  • knife

  • cutting board

  • microwave

Instructions:

  • Steam or microwave the potato for 3 minutes until tender.

  • Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a small saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes to make hard-boiled eggs.

  • Once the potato is cooked, cut it into slices.

  • On a slice of bread, arrange the potato slices, then add the hard-boiled eggs cut into slices.

  • Cover with the second slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half.
