Egg and Potato Bread Sandwich

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 medium potato (about 150g)
2 eggs
Kitchen Tools Needed:
casserole
knife
cutting board
microwave
Instructions:
Steam or microwave the potato for 3 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a small saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes to make hard-boiled eggs.
Once the potato is cooked, cut it into slices.
On a slice of bread, arrange the potato slices, then add the hard-boiled eggs cut into slices.
Cover with the second slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half.
