Crispy Butter Cucumber Sandwiches
Ingredients:
5 cups of all-purpose flour
3 cups of butter
1 lb of bread
1 lb of cucumber
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Microwave Oven
Air Fryer
Stove Top
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the 5 cups of flour to the butter, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
Roll the dough out into a thin sheet and cut it into small rounds to fit your bread slices.
Use the air fryer to cook the dough rounds at 350°F for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
While the dough is cooking, slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
Once the dough rounds are ready, assemble your sandwiches by placing a slice of bread, a generous layer of cucumber slices, and topping it with another slice of bread.
Optionally, melt some butter in a skillet on the stove top and briefly grill the sandwiches for added crispiness.
