Ingredients:

  • 5 cups of all-purpose flour

  • 3 cups of butter

  • 1 lb of bread

  • 1 lb of cucumber

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter until light and fluffy.

  • Gradually add the 5 cups of flour to the butter, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

  • Roll the dough out into a thin sheet and cut it into small rounds to fit your bread slices.

  • Use the air fryer to cook the dough rounds at 350°F for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.

  • While the dough is cooking, slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

  • Once the dough rounds are ready, assemble your sandwiches by placing a slice of bread, a generous layer of cucumber slices, and topping it with another slice of bread.

  • Optionally, melt some butter in a skillet on the stove top and briefly grill the sandwiches for added crispiness.
