Almond Meringue Cookies
Ingredients:
100g of Egg white
200g of Granulated sugar
50g of Icing Sugar
1-2 drops of Redish pink food coloring
150g of Almond meal

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 90°C (200°F).
In a clean, dry bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy using a mixer.
Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to whisk until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the icing sugar and almond meal until combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
Add the reddish pink food coloring and swirl it gently to create a marbled effect.
Using a piping bag, pipe small kisses onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until dry to the touch.
Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool completely inside before removing them.
