 Cheesy Pasta Bake



Ingredients:

  • 200g of Pasta

  • 150ml of Milk

  • 100g of Flour

  • 2 Eggs

  • 100g of Yogurt

  • 50g of Ketchup

  • 50g of Butter

  • 100g of Cheddar Cheese

  • 50g of Parmesan Cheese

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, yogurt, and flour until smooth.

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the ketchup and stir until well combined.

  • Add the cooked pasta to the mixing bowl with the egg and yogurt mixture, then pour in the melted butter and ketchup mixture, stirring to combine.

  • Fold in the cheddar cheese, mixing until well distributed.

  • Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
