Turkey and Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients:
100g of whole grain bread
150g of sliced turkey breast
1 medium avocado (approximately 150g)
50g of spinach
20g of mustard
1 medium tomato (approximately 100g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Knife
Cutting board
Toaster
Plate
Instructions:
Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.
Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the mustard on one slice of toasted bread.
Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the mustard.
Add the mashed avocado on top of the turkey.
Place the spinach and sliced tomatoes on the other slice of bread.
Close the sandwich and press it gently.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve on a plate.
