 Turkey and Avocado Sandwich



Ingredients:

  • 100g of whole grain bread

  • 150g of sliced turkey breast

  • 1 medium avocado (approximately 150g)

  • 50g of spinach

  • 20g of mustard

  • 1 medium tomato (approximately 100g)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Toaster

  • Plate

Instructions:

  • Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.

  • Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork and season with salt and pepper.

  • Spread the mustard on one slice of toasted bread.

  • Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the mustard.

  • Add the mashed avocado on top of the turkey.

  • Place the spinach and sliced tomatoes on the other slice of bread.

  • Close the sandwich and press it gently.

  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve on a plate.
