 Chicken with Garlic Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 5 boneless chicken breasts

  • 200g of breadcrumbs

  • 50g of grated parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of dried mixed herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 500g of baby potatoes, halved

  • 60ml of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Baking tray

  • Large mixing bowl

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Measuring cups

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, dried herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it onto the surface to adhere well.

  • Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Spread the potatoes around the chicken on the baking tray.

  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
