Chicken with Garlic Potatoes
Ingredients:
5 boneless chicken breasts
200g of breadcrumbs
50g of grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of dried mixed herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
3 cloves of garlic, minced
500g of baby potatoes, halved
60ml of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Baking tray
Large mixing bowl
Knife
Cutting board
Measuring cups
Oven
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, dried herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it onto the surface to adhere well.
Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
In another bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes around the chicken on the baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
