 Mushroom and Vegetable Stir-Fry



Ingredients:

  • 200g of mushrooms

  • 100g of cucumber

  • 100g of celery

  • 150g of carrots

  • 200g of broccoli

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Microvawe Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • Chop the mushrooms, cucumber, celery, carrots, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

  • In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread the mixed vegetables on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender.

  • While the vegetables are roasting, cook the broccoli on the stove top for about 5 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.

  • Once the vegetables are done, blend half of the roasted vegetables in the blender to create a smooth sauce.

  • Serve the roasted vegetables topped with the broccoli and drizzle the blended sauce over them.
