Mushroom and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
200g of mushrooms
100g of cucumber
100g of celery
150g of carrots
200g of broccoli
Kitchen Tools Needed:
Oven
Microvawe Oven
Blender
Stove Top
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Chop the mushrooms, cucumber, celery, carrots, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixed vegetables on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender.
While the vegetables are roasting, cook the broccoli on the stove top for about 5 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
Once the vegetables are done, blend half of the roasted vegetables in the blender to create a smooth sauce.
Serve the roasted vegetables topped with the broccoli and drizzle the blended sauce over them.
