Cheesy Hotdog Noodle Bake
Ingredients:
300g of Potatoes
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Sugar

200g of Flour
150g of Cheese
50ml of Oil

1 tbsp of Honey

Instructions:
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, then drain and mash them with a little butter and honey.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Add the eggs and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth, then roll out thinly and cut into strips to make noodles.
Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes until al dente, then drain.
Slice the hotdogs into bite-sized pieces and sauté them in oil on the stovetop until browned.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cooked noodles, sautéed hotdogs, and half of the cheese. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and dot with butter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
