Cheesy Hotdog Noodle Bake




Ingredients:

  • 300g of Potatoes

  • 1 tsp of Salt

  • 1 tsp of Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 200g of Flour

  • 150g of Cheese

  • 50ml of Oil

  • 30g of Butter

  • 1 tbsp of Honey

  • 500ml of Water

  • 250g of Noodles

  • 2 Hotdogs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, then drain and mash them with a little butter and honey.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Add the eggs and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth, then roll out thinly and cut into strips to make noodles.

  • Cook the noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes until al dente, then drain.

  • Slice the hotdogs into bite-sized pieces and sauté them in oil on the stovetop until browned.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cooked noodles, sautéed hotdogs, and half of the cheese. Mix well to combine.

  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and dot with butter.

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
