 Chocolate Banana Cake



Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Whisk

  • Baking pan

  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  • Add the eggs and honey to the mashed bananas, whisking until fully combined.

  • Stir in the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt, mixing until there are no dry streaks.

  • Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  • Once baked, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
