Chocolate Banana Cake
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of honey
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add the eggs and honey to the mashed bananas, whisking until fully combined.
Stir in the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt, mixing until there are no dry streaks.
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once baked, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
