 Nutella Swirl Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients:

  • 100g of Sugar

  • 100g of Brown Sugar

  • 100g of Flour

  • 50ml of Milk

  • 150g of Nutella

  • 1 cup of chocolate-chip cookies

  • 1g of salt

  • 1 large Egg

  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder

  • 50ml of Vegetable Oil

  • 50g of Margarine

  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Essence

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven

  • Blender

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sugars, flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • In a blender, mix the egg, vegetable oil, margarine, and vanilla essence until smooth.

  • Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  • Fold in the Nutella and chocolate-chip cookies carefully, ensuring not to overmix.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.

  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
